一言難盡，總之屋細間格勁差，廳又長又narrow, watch TV 都唔舒服，rooms small, kitchen and toilet 又比一般屋袖珍，工人煮飯熱到跳舞，toilet 又只可一個人入去，very noisy along the Lai Chi Kok Road and Cheung Sha Wan Road, busy traffic all through the night, thus I have to close all the windows to have a good sleep even I live at 3x/F.
我住三房單位，真有ｄ頂唔順，想業主早ｄ放我走．．．．
其他三小龍係冇咁差卦
Agree! Facing Road is very very noisy!!!
I live in Banyan Garden( 3 rooms)
All the bedrooms's window facing South and viewing Garden.
It is very suitable for me although i am in lower level.

I am living there now. The building quality is very bad which compared with Sun Hung Kei's property. The usage of area is low too. The facility of club house is limited & expensive. The watchman is impolite (just found 1 is acceptable). I just rent, so that is okay for me. My flat also face to Lai Chi Kok Road, it readlly noisy. So we always switch on the air-cond.
I think most of the owners are "speculators" as well as "property crabs", they can't sell the units at a good price, so they tend to rent the units out.
If you face the Lai Chi Kok Road, that will be quite noisy. But my flat is facing the garden, I think it is quiet. Though I am facing the buildings (Banyan and Liberte), I think my house is not very dark, maybe it is because I am living in hight floor.
上課鐘聲 will ring at least 7:45 a.m. everyday so that the effect will smaller if you work 9 to 5 or 6,7,8,9....... Also, the ring tone of schools are more soft than the old type "noun......" sound.
