Thank you so much for your help...finally i can put my daughter's photo online..however i still couldn't figure why when i resize another picture..the quality is not as good as the one you made for me?hahahah..what program did you use?

I use Photoshop or PhotoImpact to do the resize. There is freeware IrfanView but sometimes the file size a little bit large and over the limit.
Did you use jpg format? don't use gif for our bb photo ar..
