when fired after 3 months, you need to pro-rate her annual leave, if you fired her for very seriously reason, not compesate 1 month salary, then no need to pay for her annual leave.
You need to pay her the money for the entitled annual leave.
I recently fired a bunbun who worked for me around 4 months. When I travelled, I asked her to take 2 days A/L but when the time she left, I also need to pay her these salaries. You see - our Govt is so kind to "these" people but never protect the labour of HK.
I must say HK employers are very poor. When we have our holidays, our bun bun is also having holidays. We don't have enough rest and have to perform their jobs while they are chatting and having fun at the Central Square.
I have no idea how the "Ching Ming, "Chung Yeung", "CNY", "July 1" etc etc holidays have any relations with these Philippinos. How come they enjoy these holidays !!!!
