3) the letter of release, if I say I don't need her anymore, would it affect my next employment of other helper?會影響你需要俾severance pay, 但唔知會唔會影響你請下一個工人﹐但聽你講﹐應該係新人黎﹐即炒舊人﹐所以唔會影響到申請新工人。其實﹐最好講工作表現不達標﹐你都即炒﹐唔驚她玩野﹐又唔會有機會要俾severance pay﹐又唔會俾機會個工人告無理解僱
