the first question is your budget. price range of baby stroller is very large. from $400 to $4,000!!! if u have budget, u can try Combi, it is a very popular brand for babyware.
if u are budget concern, like me, then u can go for some Taiwan-made Disney baby stroller, just $500 (i bought in UNY during promotion).
another concern is when the baby use the stroller? some are suitable for Newborn and up, but some are for 6 months and up.
Agree, budget is the first issue. Then you have to consider if he'll use it very often. Also, have to consider if it will be usually used/carried by one person. eg. if the mother uses it all the time, then "weight" is another issue. Because with the weight of trollery, the baby, & all her milk, water, diapers, blanket, toys... , it is better to buy one trollery which is "light" (less than 3.5 kg). I bought mine at 荷花, the brand is Graco which is around HK$900. It is very easy to handle. Furthermore, my own opinion is 雙向 handle is not very good.
