interview問的問題

之前有媽咪Post過點樣在interview時問工人的英文問題，但我搵唔返，大家可唔可以幫下手，我看了三十幾頁都唔知在那頁，大家有無印象?或者可不可以列一些出來 ?

I tried below and seems work:

1) If you want a maid to take care BB, ask her to tell you how to change the diaper step by step while BB was 1 month / 7 month or etc (whatever month is OK, different month may different step, like 1 month maybe frequently change, then ask her how often should change the diaper, or during 18 month, he is trying to get rid of diaper, then how you train BB?). If she is familiar with take care BB independently. She would answer you very details. Or she could not express very details, you may lead her the next step.

2) If you look for a good on cooking, ask her what she is the best perform recipe. And ask her to tell you how to cook, from buy food (how much of the market price, the portion of each food) from supermarket until place the dish to table. More advance question; when she said cut the beef, ask her how to cut.... vertical stripe or horizontal.....

2) If you want a sincere cleaner, ask her how to wash the floor / window / bath tub, what kind of cleaning liquid would be used....

Try to ask her more details, especailly yan yan, you can also test her cantonese capability on listening and oral.

我係in-person在屋企見, 因為我覺得可以在傾談過程中, 睇佢即時反應, 小動作等等; 同埋都be fair, 可以比佢先知道日後要在咩環境工作, 佢會瞓邊度...之類, 佢又可以問吓我問題.

我又從來都冇諗過經agent喎....因為我早就旨意我朋友屋企個絕世好賓幫我搵 (佢係虔誠教徒, 我叫佢幫我在church搵D姊妹).

要補充的是：
我覺得 interview 要有啲耐性同諗吓点問至會揾到自己想要嘅料；用番個 topic 嘅例子，你如果話佢知你鍾意食清淡同少油，問佢識唔識煑，佢一定話識，重可能講得到啲餸出嚟，但佢識，同佢煮唔煑，或者鍾唔鍾意食係三回事，咁你如果先同佢講佢「最喜愛的食物」等佢投入哂時，再講番你原來要另一樣，咁睇佢反應就巳經睇到好多嘢！
總括來說，interview係唔會有一個 list 的問題俾interviewer 去問，而個 interviewee答哂啲問題就會瞭解佢，問題只係用嚟引起話題，再從談話中瞭解他的處事方式及你想知道的，所以一定要傾計式，避免一問一答，令個 interviewee講大話也會露出破綻。

今日我見了幾個工人, 其中兩個好搞笑:

1. 廿多歲, 只係香港做了兩年就完約. 我問佢點解無得續約. 佢話係佢自己唔續, 因為之前個僱主度做太辛苦了. 我問佢點辛苦? 佢話要照顧一個初生同埋一個兩歲既bb. 咁我以為佢晚間要喂奶, 日間又要獨力照顧bb同家務, 所以好辛苦. 於時我問佢每日工作既流程, 但係原來日間bb個婆婆會到屋企幫手睇住bb, 佢只係到樓下百佳買菜, 做午餐只for佢自己同大bb. 晚餐for僱主夫婦. 佢似乎無點做清潔既工作. 我再問佢夜晚細bb要飲幾多次奶, 佢話夜奶係mom負責. 我突然覺得佢個mom仲辛苦過佢, 日頭返工, 夜晚要照顧細bb. 真係唔知佢想搵份點樣既工至唔覺辛苦?

2. 32歲, 第一次來港, 只做了三個月, 個僱主便要移民同佢解約. 我睇清楚佢張application form, 原來佢個僱主係菲律賓人. 咁我問佢識唔識煮中國菜, 佢話識, 之前係菲律賓做了兩年, 果個僱主有教佢中國菜. (咁我以為佢同個中國人打工.) 咁我問左幾個問題之後, 我再問番佢係菲律賓前個僱主同佢講廣東話定係國語, 佢先話佢都係菲律賓人. (菲律賓人教佢做中國菜?)
雖然個將移民既僱主有留低詳細既電話(mobile+home), 我同我先生都好懷疑佢地係夾埋. (我未見過d咁合作既前僱主有home phone no. 留低., 所以我地都無打算要呢個工人.)

今次既經驗話比我知, 佢答既每樣野都要好仔細轉頭再問番詳情, 如果唔係, 好易比佢d答案誤導.

我昨天都有去沙田agent處看工人file，見到有一些僱主在interview工人，但有些工人好叻，當個僱主走了，個職員問個工人是否OK，個工人竟說唔想做那家，你話現在是否有天理，竟然是工人仲大過主人，係佢地來搵好人家，而唔係我地選工人!

有一個今天再見. 其他我都無興趣. (睇個樣都覺佢古古怪怪.)
現成工人係會選僱主, 我都唔太介意, 要雙方都喜歡對方, 關係先會長久. 我今日再約果位工人上我屋企睇下, 想知佢喜唔喜歡呢個工作環境, 費時到佢工作時先唔鍾意. 我先生原本唔喜歡佢, 怕佢係香港太耐難控制, 不過今日佢打過去佢前僱主處(一個英國女人), 得到幾好既comment. 所以可能我先生會再見佢一次.

我地只係對左佢個passport上既僱主既名同佢application form上既僱主係一樣. 同埋我地通常都要多個一個僱主既聯絡電話.

除了個英國女人, 我先生今晚再打埋比佢再前一個僱主. 呢個係香港人, 係佢屋企做了8年. 佢對個工人有讚無彈, 佢話個工人對nursing有d知識 (可能佢再之前個僱主係護士長), 個bb發燒時佢handle得好好. 於時我們決定要佢. 不過再打電話比個菲傭時, 佢話已經有人請左佢.

又係空歡喜一場! :cry:

the first one you mentioned just like my old yan yan. (i fired her nearly for one month because she is not good to my bb 2 year old )she has been worked in HK for 2 years before i hired her. i have a new born and my mother in law and home helper take care of my new born. i take care new born at night. also, only cook 2 year old son , my husband and me for dinner at night. she is so lazy and stolen my stuff .
