i totally agree with you!i share exactly the same view with you!i only skip the raw food in my pregnancy diet!n that s what my doctor said too!
均衡飲食 小心衞生同開心開懷對任何人都重要!
成日見到好多人話好多嘢孕婦都唔食得,連牛奶鷄蛋奇異果也都是致敏源!
照咁講 孕婦真係無啖好食!
而且好多時都眾說紛云
幸好我嘅中醫同西醫所說的都讓我安心吃同做很多日常事
最後 其實自己也得出一個結論 就係即使係人哋口中幾好幾好嘅食物
都唔好食死一樣嘢
而有啲所謂對孕婦唔好嘅食物 如羊肉(my chinese dr actually said its a kind meat very good for health), 乳酪(i watched a video from qe!it actually suggested pregnant women to ear it)等等,都有其營養價值,可以少吃多滋味!
