OK la, I had go to 大阪 with my baby (11 months old), husband, mother and mother-in-law go to Osaka on last year April, but you need to plan where are you want to go first? how old are your 小朋友?
Thanks a lot. I'll take your advice and stick to my original plan. I'll close monitor the flowering condition. Somebody said the year become warmer, the flower will open soon. We plan to have a 追櫻之旅, i.e. to buy a railpass to go to other places where we can see Sakura if we fail to see it in Osaka.
