僱傭公司是否有權沒收工人的機票$

因我請現成工人，其前僱主有張機票給她的，但我請咗佢，佢唔駛回家鄉，但佢話僱傭公司取了其機票，我懷疑僱傭公司做了退票，自己袋了$，想請問佢哋咁做得唔得，有無犯法? 請各高人指教。

唔好信晒個工人。佢同佢前僱主既瓜cot你唔好理啦。你知需要知道你只負責佢1程來程機票同1程回程機票(完約時)﹐但你個工人most likely1年後要回國一轉﹐你理論上只係負責來程嗰部份。

My maid also tell me the same thing. Her ex-employer pay the agent the last month salary + air ticket. The agent didn't let her go back to Indonesia and asked her to stay at Agent's home for 2 months before coming to my home. In the end, my maid only got 1/2 month salary. That means, she worked for free at her home for 2 months and the air ticket fee is gone.
