Depends on when she can go to bed and whether she needs to get up in the middle of the night to take care of baby.
In my case, even my maid is sleeping in the same room with my elder daughter who is almost 3 years old now, she does not get up in the evening to check whether my daughter has "kick away" the quilt, and even there is anything happen in the night, e.g. my daughter is having fever and needs to feed her drugs or my younger daughter wet the bed, my maid would not bother to get up to help me and my husband, so I insist her to get up no later than 7 am.
Besides, we don't want her to get up late and occupy the toilet in the morning rush hour.
