1 st worst : Sogo...the sales are very unprofessional, they always push this service to one another...if u are new, they will just give u a very junior girl to provide the service to u!!

2nd worst : Times Square... they don't pick up the phone for appointment, cause i was having the brow shaping at the time, no one pick up the phone. after brow shaping they seems don't like to draw the brow for u ...
and they always give u bad look if u do shaping , or even buying things, they just do bother...maybe they have reach the $$ target...

Try Festival Walk. I did that last week. The BA was very patient and she did spend 30 minutes on trimming my eyebrows.
