When bb open his month ,make sure bb suck the whole 乳雲, not the 乳頭. Coz bb's 牙骨 will hurt your fragile nipples. Add oil. direct feed is so enjoyable and you will produce more milk.
jazzcnl, is true very very painful! I had my both nipples' skin peel off a bit, no kidding. My doc give me some cream to heel the pain. Some mama buy Lanlonin cream. Nipples will recover and new skin grows back in PINK "Like a vergin,...." Sorry just jokking.
