I think the point is although the government always suggest smama to bf baby, but it does not implement enough facilities for us. The most important of all is that, the maternal leave is not enough especially for a bf mama. I don't think many of the employers will allow their employees to pump milk in the work place every 3 hours for at least 6 months.
For me, because I cannot directly see my boss, that's why he does not know that I am kind of always excuse from the work.

冇計！我份工唔係office工，meal time 喺pantry入面食，食緊飯期間随時要停低出去做嘢。
另外我要on night的，on night 期間只有我、一名助理及一名職工，我in-charge怕我入咗房pump奶期間只有助理及職工不能應付，無形中也為其他人增添壓力。
如果母乳哺飼可以合法化咁就唔洗咁淒涼好似去偷去搶咁！

that's why I think the ML should at least 1/2 year minmum.
In the other countries, ML usually lasted from 1-2 years.
