Contract renewal cost

How much is the charge of your agency for the contract renewal of Indonesian maid ?

Is the charge include the following service :

1) Body check
2) Take care of the maid to/from airport

Any other things I have to pay attention to ?

Can I use another agency to take care of the renewal ?
