My company always losses money & this is a much better year. My boss only said that he will make a option scheme so we will get bonus if we stay here for another 2 years
I have double pay and bonus as well in these several years. Just received double pay yesterday and used to have bonus at the end of March. If I do not have double pay and bonus, I think I have already left this company.
I also heard the same new several months ago but really query about that. I have a schoolmate who joined this company just after his graduation (I don't think he is so smart "wow"). Anyway, salary in investment bank is really high in the market but most of the recepients of hugh bonus are the front line staff but not supporting staff. Thus, it does not mean "small potato also have 850K". I think supporting staff may have bonus arounds 3-4 months' basic salary.
