抽油煙機的問題 : 櫻花牌, 皇室牌或太平洋牌

請問各位加拿大的媽咪:
你地用開邊隻抽油煙機的? 以上3個牌子那1個比較好用同比較經濟呢. 謝謝!!

It's hard to say which is 比較經濟 because different models cost differently.

Personally, I have a 太平洋 (one model lower than the selfclean with digital buttons). I choose it because it has 6 speed, powerful and quieter compare to 櫻花. My sister has a 櫻花, but it isn't that powerful (her model may be lower...) Hers is less than $300. Mine is mid $400.

Sorry, never heard of 皇室.

i use the Pacific too, but paid almost $500, with a free rice cooker.. so it is o.k. to me.

but my friend like 櫻花, saying the hook fan is 14" away from wall and just right on top of the "ring" and could do better ventilation..

guess it also depends on what brand name of the range you are using, some are closed to wall, some are not... you might need to take the measurement your own

皇室牌? never heard about that, but cypluss (not sure how to spell, but chinese is Ka ka bo) could alos be found in some of the chinese mall too

應該係皇冠牌先真.
我唔知現在用緊的抽油煙機的model及牌子, 因為係買新屋時送的, 一d都抽唔到仲整到個牆very dirty. 其實我的budget係300元左右, 最好有auto clean function. 你地的有無auto clean function架, 其實這function有無用架? 仲有你們所講的價錢係咪未包安裝費架.
Doggie你部機係邊到買架, 有電飯煲送禁好.

my pacific does not have self-cleaning function and I bought it in market village.

guess they have similar promotion now, but this time not the rice cooker but the thermal...check that from the newspaper..

still haven't heard of 皇冠牌. I bought my Pacific at Pacific Mall. And I had a rebate for $50 if we bring in an old one. I think we paid $425.

Mine doesn't have self-clean. You should go and check it out and see if that feature is useful for you.

The price isn't include installation. Installation is $50. We asked friends to help us to set it up. Quite a lot of work. Better pay that for installation.

finally i came across your 皇冠牌 (crown) which I saw in Mong Kok (14th/kennedy) outside the shop of Kit shun... opposit to it is another one call "sing Fai" which carry 'pacific', I saw both has similar appearance, but not sure about the quietness and the price, as i did not go and ask for the details.

Talking about the 抽油煙機, I find that I dont even have one come with my kitchen. (My apartment is not bought brand new.) No wonder i felt there are something missing :D
Talking about the electric appliance make me think of my dryer, I bought a new one last year but just have it installed during the weekend. It was so troublesome, as we bought it from Sears and they did not include installation. We have to called a separately number to arrange for the installation, of course separate charges. But when I called them, it was either on answering machine or on-vacation... and then we move to Waterloo, things get hold on. As we live in an apartment, we actually need to install a frame to hold the dryer on top of the washing machine, and move the dryer on top which is no something that we could be done by ourselves and we need to remove the old frame and the old dryer too.... Finally, we find someone to did that for us and it cost us $150? No sure whether it is a reaonable price... but we have no choice!!!! :(

i thought most people in apartment will buy the stack up washer/dryer which they have the frame included (I saw those from sears). but if you are buying the normal washer/dryer, just wonder will it require stronger frame to hold them, as they are really heavy
