I think it doesn't matter to use the terms and to classify 靈恩派 or 福音派. The most important point is that the message spread to the people can touch their hearts that the people can repent, can leave from their sins and can show Jesus love.
I don't know Billie and Winnies, but I support the message of some 靈恩 churches (e.g. The Praise Assembly of HK).
If the message from churches cannot address the people's daily life, they simply fail to do anything (even they called them 福音派). To me, any 福音派 churches fail to address the peoples' daily life problems, they got too much theortical and academic terms that cannot reach our hearts. For example, if a mother lost a child, how church can address her pain.
