巳申請首置現仍可申請居屋嗎?

因有朋友之前與前夫申請首置, 離婚後再與現任丈夫申請居屋, 可行嗎?

if your friend is just 家庭成員 of the application, not the 申請人, then yr friend can apply for delete戶籍, then should be able to re-apply other housing benefit
but if she was one of the applicant, and the flat they bought w/ her name legally, then NO.

但朋友巳入紙白表申請居屋, 巳知道揀樓次序, 居屋要朋友同首置delete之前的record, 但首置同朋友說不能delete之前的record, 只能叫居屋酌情處理但居屋那邊又話唔得, 請問有無其他辦法...
