If your baby is sensitive to bad air, your only choice is to air-condition your house by closing all windows (slightly open the "vent" in your air-conditioner so to make your room have enough oxygen). If the situation does not improve you may need to add an air purifier.... These are all short-term measures. Your baby can't live in a green house for a lift time. You better consult your doctor on how the Tung Chung air will affect your sensitive baby. So you can plan a long term resolution.
