My boy is also 鼻膜比較薄 so he used to have nose bleeding every week or 2 weeks, for a number of years...then my mom said we should boil "cool tea" for the kids so we started "sugar cane and carrot/waterchestnut" every week, and for over 2 years now, he has stopped the nose bleeding!
