There is a beach near Australian Fair, and a seafood shop called "Charis Sea Food". At 1, 2pm everyday, the staff will take some fish to feed the Pelicans. The pelicans will come and stand along the beach and waiting for the feeding.

1. Theme parks

Dreamworld - 當地人會prefer 黎呢度多過 dreamworld, 有多些rides, 而且較刺激, 仲有動物睇同埋koala cuddling, 如果唔再去farm 和 lone pine sanctury, 淨係呢度就可以包晒所有項目。

Movieworld - 有rides & shows, 以Warner Bros 的 characters e.g. Batman, Tweety 做招牌, 比較適合年紀較小的小朋友。

Wet n' wild Waterworld - 類似水上樂園, 有滑水梯, whirlpool 等

Seaworld - 類似海洋公園, 有rides & shows, 有dolphins, polar bears 等。


2. Farms & Animals

Paradise Country - 與movieworld 同一集團, 有day tour, 好多香港旅行團幫襯, 剪羊毛, 抱樹熊, boomerang 等。

Lone Pine Koala Sanctury - 類似zoo 的形式, 近brisbane多些 。

Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary - 位置較近gold coast, 動物種類較多。



3. Shopping

Carrara Market - 似巿集, 淨係開 Sat & Sun, 有entertainment, 如小丑, 雜耍等表演。

Harbour Town - 類似factory outlet, Espirit, Nike, Adidas 等牌子都有。
