you can try this link. most people suggest you exchange in Thailand rather than HK since the rate is much better.
Sometimes, I'd rather change first in HK to save time/trouble in Thailand, I tried the shop in Central that they mentioned for money exchange, it also gives a rather good rate, it is an "upstairs" shop but seems okay.
