The responsibilities of the employer is to provide your maid a ticket to back to her original country, the purpose of this is to ensure someone need to bare for the cost of sending oversea's maid back to home town, as they are require to, you have no responsibilities to give her money.
as long as you had already provide a valid ticket, no obligation to pay cash.
you have to provide her a ticket valid for at least 14 days from the date of termination, i.e she can change the departure date within that 14 days without charges. You don't have to pay her money or another ticket if she didn't leave after 14 days.
