Coach has two lines. One is for the normal shop, the other is for the outlet. Actually the styles are different, also the logo is sometimes different.

Thus, depends on what you want, of course those selling in outlet is a lot cheaper. You could even use 代購 to buy in US online, it's really really cheap.
