I also want to find someone who can take care of my 10months old baby during the day time. I currently hire a foreign domestic helper to take care of her. But recently, I found that the maid doesn't treat my baby very well. She scold my baby very fiercely when she is naughty and this makes my baby cry very hard. I don't think it's good to my baby if this happens everyday. And, she makes a lot of personal calls everyday. I've seriously asked her not to do so but since there's no other adult at home during the day, she continue to do what she likes. I want to fire her but need to find someone to take care of my baby first.
Really get very frustated of how to take good care of my baby. :-( Can anyone in TKO help?
