i have an Indonesian maid, she has been working for us for 6 months, mainly take care of my parents, both of them are over 70 years old. during the last 6 months, we re-newed washing machine, oven, hood, plates and bowls. whenever my partents asked the maid to do something, she always say'OK, no problem' but 9 out 10 won't be completed. her explaination is 'i don't understand what are they talking about'; the maid has been working in HK for more than 4 years, her Cantonese is excellent thats why i hired her. my parents asked her to buy strawberry from the market, the size she bought was as small as a cherry but she asked for HKD24 for 12 pieces. i want to issue a warning letter to her, as i've known, if i issue 2 warning lettera to her and i can fire her without one-month salary, please help clarify if it is true?
