I think if he can play, eat and have "poo poo", then no need to worry so much.
Last week, my bb eat the plastic cover (a bit hard) from the bottle. Then, I found her nausea and pointing to the mouth. I realized that she had eat something, so, I put her on my knee and "Hit with palm" on her back. She vomit the congee together with blood stained. Then, I comfort her and try to give water to her, she drink. Then, play and running around. So, I just observe her "oo Poo" to see if any blood and the "plastic cover". And so far, she can play, talk, eat and "oo Poo"
So, don't worry. May be your bb had not take anything.
