HA金裝能恩1號 - Help!

My baby has been having HA金裝能恩1號 for about 2 months. Each time I order 6 cans through 護協 and they would arrange delivery direct from 雀巢. The latest 6 cans delivered last week have something wrong. The milk powder cannot dissolve very well. I called 雀巢 and they admitted that the HA金裝能恩1號 manufactured on 14 Sep 06 has this problem. They refused to refund, they would only arrange an exchange.

But how could I be sure that the exchanged cans don't have similar issue?

Anyone having this problem? Let's give Nestle more pressure!

哎呀....我係護士總工會訂果D都係manufactured on 14 Sep 06 架, 點算呀???
我正話打去雀巢冇人聽電話...都係留言咋

其實我個B一開始食呢隻奶粉都已經係難溶架囉....所以我就一直都冇再理佢喇, 死啦...bb飲咗咁多....咁點算好??

點解雀巢知道D奶粉有問題都唔回收.....仲要買比人呢???

死啦....飲咗會有咩問題架??

我都有一批HA1, 不過係08年10月到期的, 又係非常難溶, 要大力同埋要用五至十分鐘, 都仍然會有沈澱物, 因為之前都一直飲尼隻奶粉, 但無咁嚴重的, 所以有對比, 後來Call雀巢, 佢地回收咗一罐, 話會check吓然後覆返我, 琴日收到回覆, 佢話情況是可以接受的

, 不過要搖耐d, 話唔會換. 依家仲有幾罐未開, 都唔知點算!

所以佢肯俾你地換已經好好啦!
