BTW, Macau agent's 佣金 is negotiable, we have paid 2 agents fee b4 (2 contract), one is about 1month rental fee, one is about 1/2 month. No standard 合約 neither (some big property agent may have the sample, but not necessary to follow). My husband made his own contract usually.

i think if your budget is hk$3000/mth, maybe think about shareing a "big house with your husband colleague" la. I think very limited choice to have a flat in Taipa below hk$5000, the environment maybe be not good / old / not very clean...etc. You can come to have a look 1st.

Yes ar, 返HK生 (actually i haven't lived in Macau for long time, just visit my hubby in holiday sometimes) Haha~ i go to the cafe with internet, not go to 網bar lu, very noisy there. (but the cafe is full of "smoking ppl", neither not a place for "we preganancy woman" to stay long)
My tummy is big, but still very "convenient" to travel, hoho~ But if walk too long, backbone pain at night! haha~
But don't know why, suddenly get cold today after retuning HK, poor....
