將蛋好小心打落加咗醋既滾水,熄火焗3-4分鐘,小心撈出來擺響英式muffin上,中間夾煙三文魚或煎脆既煙肉,淋上hollandaise 汁(蛋黃、牛油、檸檬汁、鹽打勻做既),配番茄之類伴碟食。奇嫩無比既蛋白,輕輕切開金黃色既蛋黃汁慢慢流出來,加上剛出爐熱烘烘既muffin同香脆煙肉⋯⋯
Egg benedict 本來係早餐,但當輕午餐或下午茶都好唔錯!因為煮蛋相當考功夫,香港比較少見有得食,我遇到有一定唔會放過!
