It supposed to be seated from 3mth to 14mths. Designed for baby just starts holding the neck, and can be used until baby can sit upright firmly. I bought it and my baby is 4mth now, she can hold her neck but not for a long time, when she sits on it, her head is not "swinging", i think it's a very useful product for me as it won so many awards globally.
