her hands are so horrible......!!!! not to mention she can't work ... it's very scary to see such a pair of hands at home bor~~~ feel so dirty on everything she touched.............
can we, the employer, use the reason that she can't perform her duty to terminate her gar?????
I think she should be the one to take care of her hands bor... that is what she depend on making a living ar.......
