my son is almost one now.
his daily schedule is :
8am-8:30am 6-7 oz milk
10am-10:30am wake up
11:30am-12pm lunch(congee/macaroni/noodles)and 6-7 oz soup
2pm-3:30pm sleep
3:30pm 6-7 oz milk or bread or biscuits
5pm yogurt or fruit
6pm bath time
7:30pm-8pm dinner(same food like adults/congee) and 6-7oz soup
11:30pm-12am 7 oz milk
