急問！

請問Fridge-to-go是否用之前一定要放雪柜over 10 hours.

e.g. If I leave office at 20:00, i need to put it in 雪柜 before 10:00 lor, otherwise, 泵出來的奶沒有保凍效果？ ?-(

>10 hours in fridge is for the cooling function. i think if just for the insulating function, <10 hours are also ok. in that case, i also put some cool drinks in as well.

If the freezer is not big enough to put fridge-to-go but I put milk into fridge after pumping during lunch hour, can I use fridge-to-go to bring home for less than 1 hour travelling home.

but in that case, why use fridge-to-go? maybe, ordinary cold pack and bag is better. at least, the cold pack is small enough to put be put in the freezer.

Yes, I had used thick-layer cooler bag + Icepaks for 2 years. Very convenient!
Just put the icepaks in office freezer during office hours, then transport the expressed milk from office. GREAT!
