急問：完約問題

請問各位媽咪，我妹妹個工人下個月完約，是否需要提前一個月告訴工人不續約？可否最尾果日先同佢講？（因為佢個工人宜家已經好大支野，乜都唔願做）另想問下機票，是否一定要比機票佢走？如果佢

I've got exactly the same problems, except mind is a Bun Bun! Moreover, this morning I phoned up the travel agent and they said no "open tickets" can be purchased. Does it mean I need to give her cash as she can stay in Hong Kong for 14 days after the contract?

點解唔問個agent? 你都唔請佢點解重要補錢比佢 (咁益佢)。而且你重留佢係屋企, 你都話佢e+咁大支野, 個危機又大左。你補返大假比佢咪得羅。佢地係hk 有唔知幾多日時間, 比佢地找另一個新僱主, 如果佢找到後, 又唔返家鄉的話, 我個人覺得應該唔駛比機票錢。但佢要返的話, 咁就要比 (應該可以幫佢搵機票, 自己訂返, 可以知價錢嗎)。
佢地都係跟 hk 勞工法例, 如果係你自己唔do, 你覺得公司會掂對你, 一樣道理

唔係補錢比佢，係比返大假錢佢。（一係比錢，一係比假）

大假都要比錢架!即係佢5月31日滿約有14日假即係要出5月17日機票比佢同出糧到31日.

就算佢要搵僱主,出機票比佢好D, 如果佢搵到新僱主唔走佢會同航空公司退票換錢.

另外如果關係吾好,最好寫定張紙寫噬比左幾多錢佢,點計,機票日期,離開屋企日期等等,要佢簽名作實,費時佢攪事,我之前就係對工人太寬鬆,佢竟然唔返屋企,我即刻叫agent執佢走

But Immigration Department said she can stay in Hong Kong for 14 days more after the contract. Will she come back and said the air ticket is not valid if I buy her a ticket with fixed date, and so I need to waste money to buy her another ticket? :-( Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem?

and may I ask one more question:
Can I regard Bun Bun's last day, (i.e. 1st day of her 14-day holiday) as the termination date of her contract and inform Immigration Dept. about this?

Moreover, I found that most of the agents stand on the Bun Bun's sides.

Just like previously I asked Tak Shing Agency, and she told me that I must give Bun Bun 1 month notice before she finish contract. However, later I emailed to Labour Dept. and Immigration Dept., and they told me I don't need to tell her in advance since it is the end of the contract!
