Me too. My husband's family has to follow the 族譜改名 and use a certain word as the second word (e.g. Wong Hak xxx). Since this is the 1st grandchild of my 62 & 99, we ask them to name the baby due to respect (and we will decide the English name), and we trust they will not use the very "lo-to" words coz my husband and his brother's names are ok gar.
62 & 99 gave us 3 choices. However we later checked with a fung shui master that the combination of Wong + Hak is not good, so my 62 & 99 will think of some other names or use another word with the same prounciation as "Hak" lor.
