當我睇到入境處張form Part B “Declaration 宣誓” o既時候, 真係睇到眼都突
"I certify from my persona knowledge of the Helper that I am able to strongly suppot that that the Helper as a person whom I believe:
(a) is suitable to be alloswed into HKSAR for employment as a domestic helper;
(b) will abide by the laws of the HKSAR while here’
(c) will leave HKSAR on expiry of stay granted by Director of Immigration
(d) will not work in any non-contractual address and/r for non-domestic duties
I will assume responsibility for the Helper’s repartriation to Indonesia/Philippines if at the expiry of stay granted by Director of Immirgration, the Helper fails to leave HK"
Point (a) 都ok, 唔覺得佢適合都唔請佢啦
Point (b) 已經怪怪地
For the remaining points, 老細, 佢完約後賴死唔走 or 佢出去秘’low’又關我事?
我o既’personal knowledge regarding the maid’只限於very limited info provided by agent ja wor
咁點解agent又唔使上身??
If later 我有時間, 會打去 or send email 問下入境處
呢o的terms 係for what purposes??
What if the maid breach these terms? Am I, as her employer, liable then?
If liable, what Ordiance / Law would I be charged???
