1.5 months Baby Not Willing To Sleep....Need Advise!!!

My baby girl now is 1.5 month old, she sleeps less than 10 hours a day, is this normal??

She drinks milk ~ 4 oz per meal and takes 5-6 meals per day. Shit seems ok as greenlish come first then yellow come last.

I think she is not sleeping enough, please advise if I need to change the mike powder brand from A+ to other???

I don't have any rest at all because she is not sleeping..

HELP!!!

a 1.5mth old bb should sleep more than that, but i doubt if changing the milk powder will have any effects on the sleeping hours...

what's she doing when she's not sleepign? if she cries a lot, then, it is probable that she is overtired & can't sleep... (this sounds crazy, but babies need to be wind down & put to sleep when they are tired... if they are overstimulated/overtired, then they won't be able to sleep on their own...)...

btw, try to sleep when she sleeps... hope u can get more rest!

I also don't think it is due to the problem of the milk powder.
Perhaps you can play some music to comfort your BB to sleep.

應該唔關奶粉事.囡囡有無午睡習慣?如果有,唔好瞓咁多,同佢玩多d,到夜晚佢就會瞓得好冧,時間都會瞓長d.如果無午睡依然瞓得少,可能肚餓.試下見到佢個樣係想瞓但又唔願瞓,開d奶俾佢,唔食或食完都唔瞓又試下抱住佢腤瞓覺,抱住時掃下背脊,bb會好舒服好快瞓著.我b仔都係歲半,開始心野明明好眼瞓都唔願瞓,一味扭計,我會整到佢忟憎發脾氣喊一陣,佢攰就瞓著.一係同佢玩到癲晒無力無氣,佢自己可以玩玩下pra响我身就咁瞓著.

春有百花秋有月夏有涼風冬有雪若無閒事掛心頭便是人間好時節

you may try:

1. massage baby's body (front and back) with a little fragrant-free baby oil.

2. shut down all lights / sounds / tv etc. and play some music when it's time to sleep --- if adults in the house move around or talk, the baby will notice and won't sleep.
