I have stocked up frozen milk (some 40 packs @5oz) at freezer and next week my building will not have electricity supply in the morning for about 5 hrs. Can you advise how to best save my milk bank? The nearest place I can use is my father'home. It takes about 25 min to travel by taxi. I heard some mothers said I can set the freezer to its max temp and keep the door closed for the whole morning and the milk would not melt. Did anyone try before? Pls HELP!!!
Many thanks. I will definitely travel some to my father's home. But for those left in the freezer, how can I check if they are OK (the melt ones may be frozen again after resumption of electricity)...
