Well, I should say you should get a presciption from your dr.( may be as by-the-way). But in fact you can get it easily, i think, in the pharm. store.
Use it 2~ 3 times a day.
BTW, if the lesion is hardened and raised, it is called Pyogenic Granuloma. We can only removed it by operation/ cryosurgery(冷凍治療).
