I think if the poo poo has 米狀粒, that might mean that he/she has diahrea. My boy is 5 months and has the same problem and the doctor told me to dilute my formula 1:2 eg. 6oz water with 3 scoops of formula until he's okay. Hope that helps... best to ask ur doctor before hand.
