i'll suggest u to fire her and compensate one month's salary to her, though its painful to us - $3,400. My indo maid has just left 8 days ago, she stole money from my bag 3 times and we planned to fire her on May 30. Just the day before, she stole money from my husband's wallet and this time, she 斷正because the missing $100 was found in her wallet, and my husband has noted down the numbers. She knelt down immediately and on the same day (May 29), we sent her to the agent and fire her. Though I need not to pay her $3,400, I have to pay her the air fare to surabaya. Lucky to have a maid to help me but just for 8 days and need to report to a new employer today. Only 6 months, so troubleson, and have to wait another 2 months for a new one to come.
