請問果d一個月通知點計呀? 佢原本完約係8月的.

It is up to the parties to the contract to agree on a new date of termination. You have nothing to loose but make sure that both of you a note saying you both agree to terminate the contract on such and such a date.

However, early termination of contract means that your maid has to go back to her home country before starting with her new employer.

Early termination some 工人 no need to go back to her home country, they can go "China or Macau" & return for new employer.

I know some cases like this & asked about that :-

工人炒左 , why 工人 can go to " China or Macau " & wait employer ? then 再 return HK 繼續 start another New Contract ?
Why Immigration approve ? why ???
