bad company, don't choose 得成 employment service centre ltd.
1. I have chosen an Indonesian maid who did not work in HK before according to the resume, but after 2 weeks, they call me that maid has come to HK for a month according to her passport, I ask why they did not check clearly, this is not good as such a big company. They reply that they do not know if maid want to tell lies.
2. Then I chose another maid again and wait another 2 1/2 mths again. My twins delivery is 3/4 but finally my maid arrive HK at 11/5, which 得成 said that is the quickest. but other agency say the quickest should be 3 weeks.
3. I have already informed 得成 that maid has to take care twins babies. But when the maid arrive first 2-3 days, she told me that she afraid of baby crying and always think that baby is crying because they are hungry.
I have already told her that she should check all and not only just thinking of feeding milk when they cry.
After 12 days, she suddenly tell me " Mum, I want to go back to agency. " I have talked with her for an hour and ask her to stay and pack back the belongings to the drawer, but she did not do so. Then she suddenly dizzy on the floor and I call 999, when ambulance man arrive and check her, she is OK but still go to hospital.
得成 tells me that because finally she wants to stay, if you want her leave, we treat you as " fire " her and need to pay for extra 1 mth notice salary $ 3400 and one way ticket back to indonesia.
I told 得成 that she wants to leave, not i fire her, but still 得成 insists that we fire her.
For the one way ticket, 得成 told us that they will quote me the cheapest airline and reply me later. But in 2 weeks time, I did not receive call from them.
But after 2 weeks, I have received the letter from Labour department that that maid go to Labour dept claims use did not give her a ticket fee. I inform 得成about this case and let them know this is their fault because they miss to tell me the ticket fee and ask them to settle this case.
Anyway, this is my bad experience gain from 得成.
