I have also got a new maid last Thurs who needs to get loan from Philippines in paying her agency fee before coming to Hong Kong. And my agency told me that she has given my home address as her working address. So I think this is a reminder for her or to prove she is working in your home.
BTW, have you read the letter? Or why don't you ask her directly?
