How long to take back my maid passport from agent??

I will take my maid with me to thailand next month, do you know how long it will take to get back her passport from agent side? 2 days already!! no response yet from agent!

如果你工人本passport不嬲由agent keep住...千奇唔好比佢放假自己去拎...你唔好懶...自己行去拎...一間佢自己去拎比姊妹帶佢去借財仔你就大叫都無謂...睇緊d好...

Thank you ar! I keep calling the agent, and they just cannot give an exact date of when to give me back the passport...so ma fan!!
