I have bought her toothpaste, tooth brush, shampoo, body wash, 3 towels and m pads since she does not have money (as she said). I told her that she needs to buy her own once she has got her salary.

Many friends say that they always pretend to be poor. But it's also a problem if she is dirty (eg. don't use m pads while m comes - it's true for my first maid!) What will you react if you have found blood on your bath towel (which my husband has experienced whose towel is put in the bathroom!!!)

Many friends shared the same experience. Some of them use your toilet papers, some of them steal your m pads, some of them cutting your bb's diapers and one of my friend's maid even putting a towel and wash after use!!!! These are all true stories. Try to see if your maid will take "something" out after going to toilet. If not, she either throws into towel/on the street or just don't use.

I used to have 2 maids. Both claimed that they only have little m so that they don't use. This is absolutely unacceptable. I also feel being trapped to buy her m pads; however, I will be even more crazy if you can find "blood is all around" instead of love....

i think mine uses m pads as she asked me to go down to buy m pads 2 weeks ago. but, i don't take an eye on her did she bring something out after using the toilet. i can't imaging

BTW, my friend doesn't know until she found those brown towel hanging in the toilet! After that, she was the one buying m pads for her.

You really have to check how she dumps her m pads. They always dumps without washing her nice hands afterwards. It really matters if she needs to take care of your baby.

I was mad one day when I have found a curly hair in my bb's bottle keeper. Why? She went to toilet at the middle of the nite before feeding my bb...

Also, curly hair found in our food one time. Is itching that often???

I brought her almost everything when she arrived. But she keep using mine : M Pads, toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner...........
I find it really dirty to share the toothpaste with her! She is so clever that she will still put her things in the washroom, but she will not use! Just to lie that she has her own! Her toothpaste was already empty weeks ago!
I talked to her yesterday, she still told lie! But I said I am very sure that you had used my toothpaste this morning, so she just looked at me and say sorry. I told her I know what she had done even she hide herself in the washroom, if you want to lie to me again, I will ask you to pay for all the things that you use without asking me.:tongue: Should I give her warming letter? She has many other small mistake!

Sometimes, you will have hesitation in giving warning letter if your baby needs her to take care. It's difficult to avoid this as my old maid is so smart that she buys same brand of toothpaste, shampoo, and liquid soap but mini size. So she can either pour to her bottle or using your stuff directly then put back water to your bottle. They smell the same as you but you cannot scold her because madam, we are using the same brand!!!
Or you can try to put your shampoo on the shelf, mark the level and don't use. After several weeks, you check again to see if the level has been lowered. If so, you can set her up and scold her.

it does not work for marking marks on bottle. once she realizes this, she will pour water back into the bottle. I did this before la.

我工人最初來到時我都係話第一次提供日用品俾佢, 而之後就要佢自己買. 可惜, 我老爺係會買定好多牙膏,牙刷,沐浴露的. 因此, 我工人自己買了一兩次日用品後, 就取我老爺的存貨來用. 我問老爺有無話過俾佢用, 老爺話無, 不過老爺話少少錢, 果d牙刷都係平野, 俾埋佢用就算喎. (當然我老爺唔係好明白佢咁做會破壞左我的規則!) 不過M巾就無得俾佢取, 因為我的放在套房bathroom, 但係我唔知佢有冇因為慳錢而唔買呢?!

Good maid is hard to get. If she can take well care of my baby and does not need me to worry, I am very willing to offer her any necessity she wants as it won't cost a lot.
