I've interviewed many local DH this days. And also, my fds introduced serveral agency to me. It's really very tired to talk with the DH and agency.

Yesterday, I went to one of the agency to choose DH. They go to Philipine to interview the DH. They phoned to Philipine and talked to the choosed DH. It showed that they're experience. I've already choosed two DH. Both hv finished two contracts with an employer. One worked abroad in middle east, One worked in HK. Both can cook Chinese. and hv reference letter fm previous boss. and can contact her ex-boss.

In addition, there is a reply from a local filipino this morning.

She will finish her contract on 9 August. She served her boss for 6 years. The leaving reason is her boss's mom will take care the kid (6yrs old now). She cooked soup She is going to home for about 3 weeks after her contract. And she said she can process by herself. However, there is an extra condition that her church is in NT (we're living in HK), so she is asking for the approval of leaving home on Satuarday night.

Now, I'm "15/16".

If you were me, which would you choose? the local DH, or the agency's DH?

吾好請local果個,最死罪就係要星期六出去過夜,我相信佢個僱主吾續佢都係因為kam,d老賓好難搞,多多要求,小心!

當然唔可以啦. 你唔好信佢啊. 你咪叫佢找個香港區的CH啦. 如果你可以俾工人出去過夜, 我俾我個工人你啦. 佢其實都幾好O架.

小叭係06年12月5日出世時重3.23kgs,1個月4.55kgs,2個月6.40kgs,3個月7.72kgs,4個月8.20kgs,5個月8.80kgs, 6個月10.00kgs, 7個月9.55kgs, 8個月10.00kgs, 9個月10.16kgs, 10個月10.45kgs, 11個月10.91kgs
(4個月第一次反身, 5個月坐, 8個半月爬, 9個半月出牙(上面兩只),10個月出牙(上面兩只)12個月7只牙, 11.81 kgs

細叭係09年1月26日出世, 體重6磅半.
4個半月轉身, 5個月識坐, 7個半月出第一只牙(下面)

講就講得好聽law, 肯比長期服務金既, 既然已經要比, 好小真係會吾再續約, 比著係我, 如果個工人係keep住好既, 又已經要比長期架啦, 都吾旨在多兩年啦.............

只係聽話佢church 係新界, 要saturday出去過夜, 我就已經諗都吾駛諗refuse, & 覺得好好小, 只會聽d 工人話僱主住得遠(新界), 佢地返hk island 既church, 要早出門, 依家居然調返轉, hk 大把church for bun

同意。

新界係遠一些, 但係星期六要出去過夜, 一定no way!!

其實我好討厭 d工人搵教堂過「橋」！一般教會方便信眾同一間都有幾個時間就信眾，甚至有分會（香港、九龍、新界）。我係話，佢咁鍾意間教會，咪早 d起身搭車自己用自己時間攪掂佢，點解要攪住份工？

出去過夜，就等出事（去wet、聽衰工人講僱主是非、大肚！）

講到尾，你係僱主，我勸你搵多幾個比較下！我同我樓上都中招。兩個工人上工前都扮晒虔誠，話平日要返多一次教會。

樓上果位平日唔見佢咁早起身，一放假就一早唔見人，佛誕唔係佢假期就自己放假。咁睇，你相信佢平日去多次教會係真虔誠定貪可以名正言順出街？佢咁虔誠就應該以僱主為首，既然僱主對佢咁好，佢好應該每朝早 d起身做野！放假亦唔應該比平日提早咁多出門！

本地工人真係好「精」，上工前多數要求你答應佢某些額外條件。我果個要求咖啡同平日去多一次教堂！我已經講明你做妥工夫先可以去。但日子耐左，佢地就唔記得，你有事佢出唔到門就怪你！我想反問，mud教會教佢地以聚會行先，份工行後架咩？

但我最唔高興就係成日捉到佢為自己利益講大話！

想放假就流眼淚話，老公要賣佢 d物業非走不可，結果嫌棄返得去四日唔放。
我阿爸果個，一個僱主做左八年，上工就問咖啡、香蕉、番茄同平日去多一次教會。結果又未係虐老！問你死未？

你有冇諗過，如果咁arm星期六晚你有事要出街，到底係俾佢自己走先定還是叫佢果次唔好出去過夜？我想話，到時佢會覺得係你欠佢！你話幾激氣！

講到尾，有時間教，就請係中東做過！我頭一個係中東做過，第一次黎香港，一做做左六年！不過因為我依家一個人睇三個細路，無氣從頭教，所以今次搏一次。

so簽咗個oversea 嘅菲 LA, agent fee $2800, the DH has worked in middle east, and willing to work in her holiday with pay. I gave all required doc to the agency la.

the agent also typed a speed up letter for my case, she said the DH will come to HK in end/Aug or beginning/Sep. Is it possible? It is bcoz some agent told me it will take 4 months.

Normal process time should be 6 weeks (count from receive application by immgration dept). I think at least 2 months will be more realistic.

我住天水圍架,日日返灣仔,吾通搬出去住咩.個d精賓,得寸進呎.以前個賓,要去多半日教堂,我初初吾俾,佢又寫信,又成日俾單張我,攪到我心軟俾佢去.大時大節又話有野做,天未光就出去,夜夜都吾番.咁神心不如吾好係度做啦.

咁就睇下你有無野可以同入境處講叫佢快Ｄ囉，就黎生，屋企有老人家，有人做手術，長期病患者，有需要特別照顧既人，細路就黎開學無人湊，都可以叫 agent 同你遞信叫入境處快Ｄ批核...
