My EDD is 9 Aug and ADD is 10 Aug.(0412)
I had brown mucus on 8 Aug morning(0830) and more at (1430), no pain. I decided to go to Kwong Wah. At night,(2200) I felt contraction in between 15 to 20 minutes. At(2300) started 5 minutes and 1 minute contraction,really terrible already, made you cannot stand,sit and sleep, but you want to go to toliet very often with little discharge in red.
on 9 Aug, (2300) I beg the nurse to check how many cm open on cervic even thought they already said "take a long time if you just have 5 minutes pain). But why I took about 24 hours. The third nurse finally checked for me, it is 3 cm. and I was transferred to outer labour house. At (1235) the pain I couldn't stand. I guessed it is 3 cm.same. I reqested for eipudal because the felmale doctor said I may givin birth at 0800, the nurese said "there is none at midnight especially the related injection doctor is not available/busy, usually if they are free and you may have such thing.
Then I requested Entonox, the same nurese said "there is no more." I couldn't believe it. It is the basic thing, however at midnight, they left limited and that day/night, 11 babies were born I heard from nurses. Finally the same nurse said there is only one. I felt released. But actually the gas just helped 50%. Giving birth is really very very extreme painful for me. Then in between I felt "wing, wing" breathe the gas. At 0300, my husband came to inner labour room. I really don't know how to describe the feeling, I just wanted to push and actually I tried to push even though the nurse said you may make the pelvic tear or esle.
I always asked the nurses about how many cm now. She said 4cm. You know in between I always ask until they said 8cm. From 4cm to 8cm, it really took time. I screamed and the nurse called my name and spoke to me, please don not scream saving energy to breathe. I ignored her says becasue I was out of control. From 8cm to 10 cm, it was very fast and smooth. Who said sewing is not painful? I could say cut is not painful/no feeling. But sewing, when she sewing with a thread and pull, waaaaa...very painful and she asked me to breathe the gas, it helped,long breathe (nurse wearing a mask"special team")<---see, I am still clear,haha. Just kidding.
At 0412, my baby came out at 3.19kg,long legs and arms,nurse said round head and hairy in black(I didin't take sesame sweet soup a lot, I remembered I took 5 bowls in whole pregnancy. But my baby has a little bit yellow on the checked up second day. Taking blood, and doctor said it is okay in the level. Just a little bit beyond.
Taking care of a baby is really a tough thing, every two hours breast-feeding in hospital . Babies crying everytime.
Jojo, when I stayed in the hospital, I was in (S9)AN 10-6. How about you? After giving birth, I staying the new wing(E9)16-2,(nurse giving me the choice).
I wish you have a short contraction period and smooth. Especially healthy baby.

hey, Me too ADD at 10 Aug (0245).I'm still very easy when go to hospital at 9AUG morning, the regular contraction (5 mins) started from 2pm,( it just 2cm ) but it still keep 2cm at 2330 when contraction became much more and painful, so they send me to N9.
The process from 2cm to gave birth just take 3hrs.Thank God, my husband supported me a lot when i gave birth.Although i was got mad and lost control.
I stayed at E9 (ward2-2) and leave at sunday morning.Maybe we met at the talk of "leaving hospital" already.
I discharge on Sunday as well. I wore glasses and the last one sitting down with the round table with others listening to a nurse briefing. Are you the one sitting in front of me? Or you are the one sitting on the left hand side of the nurse? DId you join the baby bathing lesson after the talk? There were three mothers, I was one of them, and the other was wardmate. The third one was you??:)
How are you now? I still have some mucus came out with old red colour. I am giving breastfeed and making me no sleep,and you?
