We are going to macau soon too! Seems there is a big inddor playland for kids inside Galaxy.
We hv just been there last week. The play room in Galaxy is now under renovation. There should be another kids playing zones in the Venetian and Sands Cotai. Not sure if they are suitable for toddlers as we did not go there.
